Where friendships are forged, skills are developed, and the joy of horsemanship is celebrated together. Whether you’re a new or seasoned enthusiast, we’re here to guide you on a rewarding journey that celebrates your riding passion.

About the Club…

Founded in 1968, Rutland Riding Club is proudly approaching it’s Diamond Jubilee, celebrating over five decades of equestrian excellence. The Club doesn’t have a fixed base, so our activities and competitions take place across Rutland and neighbouring counties. Covering a wide range of disciplines - from dressage to combined training, showjumping and cross country, our Club caters for every rider’s passion and skill level.

With 130 members, including 20 juniors, we foster a welcoming community that is regularly represented at BRC qualifying events and National Championships. As part of British Riding Club’s Area 16, we enjoy strong connections within the wider equestrian network, providing ample opportunities for growth, competition and camaraderie amongst our members.

There’s something special about spending time with your horse surrounded by like-minded people who share the same passion and enthusiasm. The friendly and supportive environment of the Club means you can enjoy every moment, whether you are riding, learning or simply chatting over a cup of tea after training or competing.

Hence, should you need to cancel your training or a clinic with less than 24 hours notice, we ask that you make payment to the relevant trainer in the normal way.
