“Conditioning and Strengthening the Stabled Horse”

The winter is a long hard time for both equestrians and their equine partners alike. This talk and demonstration explores ways of maintaining and conditioning the horse over the winter period from an anatomical and therapeutic perspective. Often over winter, our horses may spend prolonged periods of time in the stable or we don’t get quite as much riding in as we may hope, due to adverse weather conditions.

This talk will cover a number of exercises which can maintain and improve your horses suppleness from the ground.
